The Harvest Is Ripe, and the Winepress Trodden

The Lamb on Mount Zion
14:1And I saw, and look, the Lamb standing upon Mount Zion, and with Him a hundred forty-four thousand having His name and His Father’s name written upon their foreheads.
14:2And I heard a voice from heaven like the sound of many waters and like the sound of great thunder; and the voice I heard was like lyre players playing on their lyres.
14:3And they sing something like a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders; and no one was able to learn the song except the hundred forty-four thousand purchased from the earth.
14:4These are the ones who were not defiled with women, for they are virgins. These are the ones following the Lamb wherever He goes. These were purchased from among people as firstfruits to God and to the Lamb,
14:5and no lie was found in their mouth; they are unblemished.
The First Angel
14:6And I saw another angel flying in midheaven, having eternal good news to proclaim to those seated upon the earth and to every nation and tribe and tongue and people,
14:7saying in a loud voice, “Fear God and give Him glory, because the hour of His judgment has come, and worship the One who made heaven and the earth and sea and springs of waters.”
The Second Angel
14:8And another, a second angel, followed, saying, “Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, who has made all the nations drink from the wine of the fury of her sexual immorality.”
The Third Angel
14:9And another angel, a third, followed them, saying in a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and its image, and receives a mark upon his forehead or upon his hand,
14:10he too will drink from the wine of God’s fury, prepared unmixed in the cup of His wrath, and will be tormented in fire and sulfur before holy angels and before the Lamb.
14:11And the smoke of their torment goes up for ages of ages, and they have no rest day and night, those worshiping the beast and its image, and anyone who receives the mark of its name.”
14:12Here is the endurance of the saints, those keeping the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.
Blessed Are the Dead Who Die in the Lord
14:13And I heard a voice from heaven saying, “Write: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “so that they may rest from their labors, for their works follow with them.”
The Harvest of the Earth
14:14And I saw, and look, a white cloud, and upon the cloud One sitting like a son of man, having upon His head a golden crown and in His hand a sharp sickle.
14:15And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to the One sitting upon the cloud, “Send Your sickle and reap, because the hour to reap has come, because the harvest of the earth has dried.”
14:16And the One sitting upon the cloud cast His sickle upon the earth, and the earth was reaped.
14:17And another angel came out of the temple in heaven, himself also having a sharp sickle.
14:18And another angel came from the altar, the one having authority over the fire, and called with a loud voice to the one having the sharp sickle, saying, “Send your sharp sickle and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth, because its grapes have ripened.”
14:19And the angel cast his sickle into the earth and gathered the vine of the earth, and threw it into the great winepress of God’s fury.
14:20And the winepress was trodden outside the city, and blood came out of the winepress as far as the horses’ bridles, for a thousand six hundred stadia.
