Mandate 12.6.1“But I, the angel of repentance, tell you: do not fear the devil. For I was sent,” he says, “to be with you who repent with your whole heart, and to strengthen you in faith.
Mandate 12.6.2“So trust God, you who have despaired of your life because of your sins and who add to your sins and weigh down your life. If you turn to the Lord with your whole heart, practice righteousness for the remaining days of your life, and serve Him rightly according to His will, He will bring healing to your former sins, and you will have power to master the devil’s works. Do not fear the devil’s threat at all, for it is without strength, like a dead person’s sinews.
Mandate 12.6.3“Listen to me, then, and fear the One who can do everything, who can save and destroy. Keep these commandments, and you will live to God.”
Mandate 12.6.4I say to him, “Sir, now I have been strengthened in all the Lord’s ordinances, because you are with me. And I know that you will crush all the devil’s power, and we will master him and prevail over all his works. And I hope, sir, that with the Lord strengthening me I will be able to keep these commandments you have given.”
Mandate 12.6.5“You will keep them,” he says, “if your heart becomes pure toward the Lord. And all who cleanse their own hearts from the vain desires of this age will keep them, and they will live to God.”
