Today, If You Hear His Voice, Do Not Harden Your Hearts

94:1A praise of a song, of David.

Come, let us exult in the Lord;

let us shout to God our Savior.

94:2Let us come before His face with thanksgiving,

and with psalms let us shout to Him.

94:3For the Lord is a great God

and a great King above all gods.

94:4For in His hand are the earth’s ends,

and the mountain heights are His.

94:5For the sea is His, and He made it,

and His hands formed the dry land.

94:6Come, let us bow down and fall before Him,

and let us weep before the Lord who made us.

94:7For He is our God,

and we are the people of His pasture and the sheep of His hand.

Today, if you hear His voice,

94:8do not harden your hearts as in the provocation,

on the day of testing in the wilderness,

94:9where your ancestors tested,

put to the proof, and saw My works.

94:10For forty years I was vexed with that generation

and said, They always stray in heart,

and they did not know My ways,

94:11as I swore in My anger,

They shall not enter My rest.
