Similitude 8.11.1After completing the explanations of all the rods, he said to me, “Go and tell everyone to repent, and they will live to God. For the Lord, moved by compassion, sent me to grant repentance to everyone, although some are unworthy because of their deeds. But the Lord is patient and wants the calling made through His Son to be preserved.”
Similitude 8.11.2I said to him, “Sir, I hope that everyone who hears these things will repent. For I am convinced that each person, recognizing his own deeds and fearing God, will repent.”
Similitude 8.11.3He answered me, “Those who repent with their whole heart, cleanse themselves of their evils mentioned before, and no longer add anything to their sins will receive healing from the Lord for their former sins, provided they are not double-minded about these commandments; and they will live to God. But those who add to their sins and walk in the desires of this age condemn themselves to death.
Similitude 8.11.4“Walk in my commandments, and you will live to God. Everyone who walks in them and acts rightly will live to God.”
Similitude 8.11.5After showing me these things and speaking everything to me, he said, “I will show you the rest in a few days.”
