Greek Psalm 15

You Will Not Let Your Holy One See Corruption

15:1An inscription of David.

Guard me, Lord, for I have hoped in You.

15:2I said to the Lord, “You are my Lord,

for You have no need of my good things.”

15:3For the holy ones who are in His land,

He made all His purposes wonderful among them.

15:4Their weaknesses multiplied;

after these things they hurried.

I will certainly not gather their gatherings of bloodshed,

nor will I remember their names through my lips.

15:5The Lord is the portion of my inheritance and my cup;

You are the One who restores my inheritance to me.

15:6Measuring cords fell for me among the best places;

indeed, my inheritance is the best for me.

15:7I will bless the Lord, who gave me understanding;

indeed, even until night my kidneys disciplined me.

15:8I kept seeing the Lord before me continually,

because He is at my right hand, so that I may not be shaken.

15:9Therefore my heart rejoiced, and my tongue exulted;

indeed, even my flesh will dwell in hope,

15:10for You will not abandon my soul to Hades,

nor let Your holy one see corruption.

15:11You made known to me ways of life;

You will fill me with gladness in Your presence;

pleasures are at Your right hand forever.
