74:1For the end. Do not destroy.

A psalm of Asaph, of song.

74:2We will acknowledge You, God;

we will acknowledge and call upon Your name.

74:3I will recount all Your wonders when I take an appointed time;

I will judge uprightness.

74:4The earth and all who inhabit it melted;

I established its pillars.

74:5I said to those acting lawlessly, “Do not act lawlessly,”

and to those sinning, “Do not raise a horn;

74:6do not lift your horn on high;

do not speak injustice against God.”

74:7For neither from the goings-out nor from the settings,

nor from desert mountains,

74:8for God is judge:

He humbles this one and raises that one.

74:9For in the Lord’s hand is a cup

of unmixed wine, full of mixture;

and He tilted from this into that,

but its dregs were not emptied out;

all the earth’s sinners will drink.

74:10But I will exult forever;

I will sing to the God of Jacob.

74:11And I will break together all sinners’ horns;

and the righteous person’s horns will be raised.
